SHIPPING & RETURNS
Logo Love offers shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery time is based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping is available within the 50 United States only at this time.
Due to a reduced staff as a result of the COVID-19 restrictions, allow at least 4-5 business days for processing prior to shipment. Orders will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders process and ship Monday-Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and all US federal holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit only for the amount of the purchase, excluding the original shipping cost and any return postage required. The store credit issued is valid for ninety (90) days.
All items returned must be received in their original condition, including the original packaging, in order to qualify for store credit. No returns on custom orders.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.
Obtaining an RA#:
In order to return an item(s), you must email your request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items returned without a valid RA# will not be issued store credit. Contact us to obtain an RA# here.
